With our plans, we
give you peace of mind that your computer will be well maintained for
the duration of the service plan. Our service plans include both
pre-configuration (so the computer works perfectly from Day One), and
ongoing support and maintenance services throughout the length of the
contract. (Note: service plans bundled with a discounted computer must
be pre-paid at time of computer purchase.) |

Pre-Configuration |
We take all the dirty work
out of initial setup of the computer, and stock it full of useful
hardware and software not provided by the manufacturer. Here is what we
do:
- Remove Junkware - we remove unnecessary software installed by the
manufacturer
- Tuneup Software - we install tuneup utilities you can use to keep
your computer in good operation
- Integral Flash Drive - we install a "hidden" flash memory stick
for backing up critical data
- Backup Software - we install and configure backup software for
you
- Antivirus Software - we install high quality antivirus and
antispyware software for you
- OpenOffice Suite - we install the powerful Sun Microsystems
OpenOffice suite, which includes:
- word processor (Word compatible)
- spreadsheet (Excel compatible)
- presentation (PowerPoint compatible)
- database (Access compatible)
- graphics / drawing program
- Data Migration - we will migrate data that you designate from
your old computer to your new computer |

Ongoing Service |
We provide you with ongoing
support from friendly local technicians. These services* include:
- Phone Helpdesk - call us during normal business hours for help
with ordinary computer problems
- Remote Helpdesk - we can connect into your computer to fix
problems and demonstrate solutions for you
- Problem Diagnostics - drop of your computer to us and we will
diagnose it at no charge
- Infestation Removal - we will remove any malware infection and
repair damage as necessary
- OS Repair - we will repair corrupted or malfunctioning operating
system files
- OS Reinstall - we will reinstall the operating system whenever
deemed necessary, including device drivers
- Hardware Repair - we will repair or replace any field serviceable
component
- Performance Tuneups - if your computer is sluggish, we'll get it
operating at peak performance* This is a
